:: The Program ::
| California has become strongly tied to the economies and cultures of the Pacific Rim countries. Cal Poly students are in a postion to take advantage of California's unique industrial, technological, and trade connections with East Asia. Participants have the opportunity to study and work in Thailand with optional field experience in Vietnam and Loas. Students focus on the cultural, economic and social aspects of these areas to better undertand and prepare for careers linked to a region that is likely to become increasingly important in the 21st century. |
